November 3-7, 2011
The last Salon of 2011, examines your life and your world from the Mountaintop of Possibility. In November, a small group of change agents will gather high in the forest of Ashland, Oregon at the magnificent home of Dr. Jean Houston to review the changing landscape of their communities and nations. Together, we will observe the rising shadow of politics, the peril of self-interests, the patterns behind well-known figures that surge and fall beneath public scrutiny and more importantly, the positive influences now ushering in a new era.
During The Mountaintop Salon, each student explores how external events reflect the changing panorama of our own inner world, the fascinating trends between the masculine and feminine in emerging situations, the old beliefs that are morphing, the commitments that require renewal and what is yet to be born for our own sakes and for those we love the most.
This powerful five-day intensive program is specifically designed for men and women who recognize that these times of upheaval contain within them great possibilities, and feel the call to use their lives to make those possibilities a reality. Given the critical hour in which we now find ourselves, miracles will happen as you clarify your intentions and actions.
As the Salon unfolds, you become a key participant in the emerging new story of a world in transition, a world in which outmoded patterns are lifted, and new perspectives and new spirits spawn a reality infused with your visions and passion.
You will learn:
While this Salon begins on the Mountaintop, it’s reverberations and support remains with you throughout the next year. Past students have attributed the dramatic scope of life changes that occur as a result of the Salon to the friends and allies that they have made during the session and to the yearlong telephone mentoring that is provided as a follow-up to the Salon. The Mountaintop Salonistas share their progress each month, continue to encourage each other and receive ongoing, inspirational coaching from Dr. Houston.
