What do I Want From the Universe?April 17th, 2011 by Jean
As promised, from my “kitchen sink” of thousands of exercises I have created to help people discover their vast potential, I begin with the following exploration. You may wish to repeat it any number of times and may very well notice changes in you responses as you repeat this process.
Begin with a long piece of paper and make three columns.
At the top of the first column write:
“WHAT DO I WANT FROM THE UNIVERSE?”
Then, as quickly as possible write your answers down that first column.
NEXT on the top of the second column write:
“WHAT DOES THE UNIVERSE WANT FROM ME?”
Without thinking and with pure stream of conscious write whatever comes to you down the second column.
NEXT on the top of the third column write:
“WHAT DO WE, THE UNIVERSE AND I WANT TOGETHER?”
Again, quickly write down the third column your (and the universe’s) answer to this.
Note the similarities and differences between the three columns.
Please think and reflect about your higher purpose beginning each day with a writing assignment:
“What is my purpose in living my life this day?“
